Guided through concepts found in Laban Movement Studies, Bartenieff Fundamentals, and Developmental Movement.

Offered through either a hands-on or a hands-off approach through verbal cueing.​

Clients are active in their own process and have full agency on how they choose to work.

About Donna:
Donna Redlick is a Registered Master Somatic Movement Educator and Therapist (MSME/T), registered with International Somatic Movement Educators and Therapists Association (ISMETA).*
*Master Educators and Therapists must have completed 1000 hrs or more in Somatic Training by approved ISMETA programs - Donna has completed over 1000 hours in somatic courses (recognized by ISMETA) and over 2000 hours in self-directed professional studies.
Donna is also a Certified Movement Analyst (CMA) in Laban/ Bartenieff Movement Studies (LBMS) through the Laban Institute of Movement Studies (LIMS) and Laban/ Bartenieff and Somatic Studies Canada (now Laban/ Bartenieff and Somatic Studies International). She holds a Masters in Dance Practice (focusing on Somatics).

Donna has been offering private sessions for adults in somatic movement re-patterning since 2004.
